Welcome to All Around Treks. By visiting our website, making a reservation, or engaging with any of our services, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined below as a binding agreement between you and All Around Treks. These terms are designed to ensure clarity and fairness for both parties.
1. Booking and Confirmation:
- All reservations must be initiated via our official website, direct email communication, or through verified representatives authorized by All Around Treks.
- A booking will be confirmed only after receiving a written confirmation and the required deposit as mentioned in your selected package.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information at the time of booking.
2. Payment Policy:
- A non-refundable deposit of 20–30% (depending on the package) is required to confirm the reservation.
- The remaining balance must be paid prior to the start of the trip, unless otherwise arranged.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment gateway, or cash (in local or agreed currency).
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through email to be considered valid.
- If canceled:
- 30 days before trip: 70% refund of total cost (excluding deposit).
- Cancellations made between 15 to 29 days prior to the trip are eligible for a 50% refund of the total trip cost.
- Cancellations within 14 days of the trip start date are non-refundable.
- In case of government restrictions, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances, we will offer to reschedule or adjust your trip accordingly, but refunds are subject to our discretion and incurred expenses.
4. Itinerary Changes:
- All itineraries are subject to change due to weather, road conditions, or local situations beyond our control.
- We reserve the right to modify or cancel any part of the itinerary for safety or operational reasons without prior notice.
- Clients will be informed of such changes as early as possible.
5. Travel Insurance:
- All clients must have comprehensive travel insurance that covers emergency medical evacuation, trip cancellation, lost luggage, and high-altitude trekking risks.
- Proof of insurance may be requested before or during the trip.
6. Health and Safety:
- Clients are responsible for assessing their fitness and health conditions before joining any trek or expedition.
- It is your responsibility to notify us in advance of any existing medical conditions, allergies, or special health concerns that may affect your participation in the trip.
- Our guides and team prioritize your safety but are not liable for injuries or health issues caused by physical exertion or pre-existing conditions.
7. Responsibility and Liability:
- All Around Treks acts as an intermediary for services like transportation, accommodation, and guiding. We are not responsible for any loss, delay, injury, or damage caused by third-party services or uncontrollable events.
Clients are expected to follow instructions from our guides and adhere to safety protocols.
8. Personal Belongings:
- Clients are solely responsible for their personal items during the trip.
- While we take necessary precautions, we are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings.
9. Photography and Media Use:
- We may capture photos or videos during the trip for promotional purposes. If you wish not to appear in any media, please inform us in writing before the trip begins.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
- These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws and regulations of Nepal. Any legal matters or disputes arising from the use of our services will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kathmandu, Nepal.
